Ingredients:
• 1 lb spaghetti (454 g)
• 4 hot dogs sliced
• 1/2 red bell pepper or green pepper sliced
• 1/2 yellow onion sliced
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or flakes
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 garlic head crushed or garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon ground spices
• 1/2 cup tomato sauce
• 2 thyme sprigs
• 2 cloves
Instructions:
1. In a pot bring to boil 1 Lb spaghetti #8 with salt, thyme, garlic, cloves, ground spices, and let cook for 15 minutes.
2. Drain spaghetti and rinse with cold water, set aside.
3. In a saucepan heat oil and add bell pepper, onion, hot dogs, then let simmer 5 minutes on medium heat while stirring.
4. Lower heat, add tomato sauce, and before putting spaghetti, thyme, cloves, then stir every few minutes until ingredients are well mixed.
5. Add chopped parsley and mixed again, turn off heat.
6. Serve with additional tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and grated cheese.
